Description & Services

Information We are a “self-service” gym with key fob access, located on the lower level of the Mahone Bay Centre. Our goal is to provide people of all ages in our community with access to a well-equipped, easily accessible and affordable fitness centre to achieve their athletic and fitness objectives. We believe it's all part of building a strong community.
