Description & Services

Information  
 
We are Shelburne County's "virtual" animal shelter - our central location is on the internet rather than in a traditional building. Comprised of a group of very dedicated and caring volunteers, we are a Registered Charity (with Canada Revenue Agency)that works to help pets and pet owners throughout Shelburne County.  
 
Our programs / activities include:  
Spay/Neuter financial assistance program 
Emergency medical assistance program 
Trap/Neuter/Release program for feral cats (to stop breeding) 
Partnering with rescuers to find homes for animals 
Feeding several "cat colonies" 
Liasoning with our local food bank to distribute dog food in emergency situations
Meetings Monthly meetings (open to the general public) are held the third Monday of each month at our building (528 Sandy Point Road) at 7:00 pm
