| Information | Have a blast participating in the most FUN, energetic sport of ball hockey. Do some drills, learn some skills, and play games! Learn how to handle the ball, pass, shoot, and take face-offs. Floor hockey develops hand-eye coordination, agility, speed, and strength. A perfect activity for all fitness levels. Fun will be the focus! Participants MUST wear indoor sneakers, a helmet with face shield or protective eye goggles, and shin pads (soccer ones are perfect). Hockey gloves or leather gloves are also recommended. Please contact for dates and prices. |
