Information Volleyball Summer Camps 
 
Rookie Camp 
 
No Previous experience necessary! 
 
All the basic skills for the volleyball beginner are covered in this camp, including setting, bumping and serving. 
 
Good team organization will also be developed. If you’re heading into grade 5, 6, or 7 and want to learn the basic skills of volleyball then this camp is made for you. 
 
Junior Camp 
 
This action-­packed junior high camp will stress all the skills with an emphasis on spiking, serving, and advanced team offensive and defensive systems. 
 
High-­energy drills will prepare the camper for a great season of play. 
 
Many incentives and lots of fun will motivate participants to achieve their best. 
 
This camp is open to all players entering into Jr. High (grades 7 – 9). 
 
Elite Camp 
 
This High Performance Camp is for the dedicated volleyball player. 
 
All skills and systems will be covered along with conditioning, jump improvement and competitive drills and games. 
 
Opened to all players entering grades 10 – 12.
