| Information |  Owned and operated by the Region of Queens Municipality, Queens Place Emera Centre is a major hub on Nova Scotia's South Shore for recreational, social, and cultural activity. Residents of all ages, cultural, community and service groups and visitors to the area can all take advantage of this extraordinary facility. Some of the amenities include: -NHL-sized ice surface with double-sided permanent seating for 1050 with warm arena seating - thanks to advanced technology! -State of the art fitness centre with sprung floor fitness studio -Fitness studio is ideal for post workout stretches and programming room for a myriad of fun and exciting fitness classes -Bright dividable community room overlooking the ice surface with attached prep kitchen -Community room offers dynamic rental space for community groups, or warm room for arena events -Two lane multi-purpose indoor walking track -Meeting room and meeting area -Youth health centre - Teen Access Zone -Outdoor walking trail -3 outdoor basketball courts (1/2 courts)  |
